They spend most of their time servicing apartment complexes and try using the same techniques in residential homes where homeowners expect results. Unfortunately, the fail misserably. Homeowners expect RESULTS when they call a carpet cleaning company. Only qualified professional can produce results such as "The Carpet Man". Give them a call and you'll be glad you did.
